All sales are final. If you have any questions about a product, please feel free to ask us for information or photos before ordering.
 

In the rare event that a product arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us by email or phone within 14 days of receipt. Send us a photo of the defective item, your invoice and the packaging.

 

We will review your claim and arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you if necessary.

You may be required to return the defective item with a return label at our expense. Please retain all packaging materials until your claim is resolved.
 

If you change your mind, returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of the package. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
 

Important: Our products are checked before shipping. However, slight artisanal variations may occur and are not considered defects.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
